Born in Enugu Nigeria, lives and works in Philadelphia/New York. Odili Donald Odita received an MFA from Bennington College, Vermont (1990), BFA (with Distinction, Excellence in the Arts Award) Ohio State University (1988). He is an Associate Professor of Painting at the Tyler School of Art / Temple University.
