Artist Statement

Ziqi Li’s art delves into the awareness of both the human body and nonhuman entities. She specializes in sculpture, employing a diverse range of materials such as found objects, 3D printing, bio materials, ceramics, and kinetic mechanisms to craft collage sculptures.

Artist Bio

Ziqi Li, a Chinese artist currently based in Brooklyn, will complete her MFA in Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in May 2024. She finished her Bachelor Degree back in China in Photography. Her work has been showcased in various exhibitions including  “Displaced Landscapes” , “Material Automatism” in 2023, and “Disrupting the Cadence of the Hive” in 2024, all held in New York.
