Renaud Proch is Independent Curators International (ICI)’s Executive Director. Previously he was Senior Director at the Project in New York, as well as Director of MC, in Los Angeles. He co-founded ART2102, an independent art space in Los Angeles in 2003; and the backroom in 2005, an evolving archive of artists’ source materials and itinerant research project. In 2011, he co-curated with Khwezi Gule a traveling retrospective of South African artist Tracey Rose for the Johannesburg Art Gallery.
