Christopher Y. Lew is Nancy and Fred Poses Associate Curator at the Whitney Museum of American Art. He oversees the emerging artist series of exhibitions and most recently co-curated the 2017 Whitney Biennial with Mia Locks. Lew has organized the first US solo exhibitions for Sophia Al-Maria, Jared Madere, and Rachel Rose. Prior to joining the Whitney, he was Assistant Curator at MoMA PS1, where he curated exhibitions featuring Clifford Owens, GCC, Jack Smith, and others.
