Parsons MFA student Marija Markovic’s work will be featured in “Diamonds Unleashed” at Art Miami 2016.
“Diamonds Unleashed” collaborated with acclaimed artists, gallery owners and collectors who nominated emerging artists to create unique artwork for Art Miami 2016. These top industry influencers have selected a group of artists who range in trade from photographer, illustrator, sculptor and painter to create works that will be displayed at the “Diamonds Unleashed” booth at Art Miami.
Each piece will pay tribute to Ross’ mission of women’s empowerment by representing a diamond, a symbol of a strong and unbreakable woman. Ross believes that women are like diamonds: beautiful, strong, multifaceted and brilliant (from diamondsunleashed.org).
