Marc Handelman works in painting, film/video, installation, and book arts. His uncanny large scale paintings, landscapes and abstract images often serve as frameworks for pathologies and desires about power and space. Handelman has exhibited at PS1 MoMA; The Studio Museum in Harlem; The Dayton Art Institute; The Orlando Museum of Art; The Rubin Museum; and the Royal Academy of Art in London. His work is represented by Sikkema Jenkins & Co., New York City, as well as Marc Selwyn Fine Art in Los Angeles and RECEPTION in Berlin.
