Description
Re-envision Theater is to provide small and young theaters a design system that guides their branding structure for both online and physical platforms. These theaters often have limited budgets, and more alarmingly, do not have solid brand systems. This project involves an intensive research and observation process about visual designs and interactions in theaters. It aims to have small and young theaters start to understand the important role graphic design plays in a space to enhance the experience for customers, from the ticket-buying experience to the after performance experience.
Advice
1. I took so many weird elective classes outside of Parsons, such as abnormal psychology, acting Shakespeare, and postcolonial fiction. They have been and will always be my biggest design life treasure!
2. Focus on typography! Typography! Good typography is everything!
