The Dark Room

Jamie Taylor is a photographer, videographer and communication design artist from Pennsylvania.

I created my project around current times involving the topic of Covid-19. My project is a reflection of the doom that lived inside my body and many of the others who are reckoning with the ills of a global pandemic. “The Dark Room” stems from a recurring vivid dream I had during quarantine that reflects on the anxiety and uncertainty from experiencing Covid-19. My intention behind this project is to challenge the status quo and for the people interested in seeking knowledge and truth through others. Those seeking awareness around a global virus that has been largely in denial. This project is an experimentation for people to engage with and to challenge theirs/others thoughts around the topic of Covid-19.
