Data Visualization / User Experience Designer
LearningTimes is looking for a data visualization and graphic / user experience designer to work with its BadgeStack Project team. This graphic storyteller will create data-driven visual depictions of user progress, interactive data-driven widgets, interfaces, learning maps and reports. The candidate should have:
• Expertise in standard design tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Experience in Javascript, JQuery, CSS, HTML, XML, HTML5 (a big plus)
• Experience in Google Chart Tools (a plus)
Pluses:
• Experience in Motion Graphics and video/audio editing
• Experience designing or customizing WordPress plugins and themes

WordPress PHP Web Developer
LearningTimes is looking for a WordPress PHP Web Developer to work with its BadgeStack Project team. This brilliant developer will enjoy a challenge, and the opportunity to create innovative new online tools and workflows. You’ll work with a team building an award-winning platform that is changing the way people learn and participate in communities online. The candidate should have:
• Minimum of two (2) years software development experience in open source software development
• Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Ajax
• Experience with WordPress Development
• Proficiency with WP Plugin customization and development
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented design methodology and standard software design patterns
• Experience with PHP development
• Fanatical about writing clean, well-commented code
• Cross-browser development knowledge and testing
• Experience with MySQL
• Strong technical written and verbal communication in English

iPhone Developer and/or Designer
As an iOS developer, you’ll be joining a small, collaborative team responsible for the end-to-end development of an iPhone application.
LearningTimes is looking for an iPhone app developer and/or designer to work with its BadgeStack Project team. This developer will enjoy a challenge, and the opportunity to create innovative new mobile tools. You’ll work with a team building an award-winning platform that is changing the way people learn and interact in communities.
As an iPhone Developer, you will:
● Drive development of features
● Prototype new ideas and explore new technologies that are at the forefront of mobile technology and commerce
● Help code backend applications and features
● Work across disciplines with team members representing product, design, and web development
Skills and Experience:
• Experience developing Apps for the iPad and the iPhone
• Coding skills in Objective C, Cocoa, iOS SDK, and Interface Builder
• Min. 2+ years experience coding applications in PHP 5
• Experience working with Object Oriented Programming
• Strong interaction and design sense
● Proficient in Objective-C and Cocoa
● Have published one or more applications in the App Store
● Well-versed in client/server architectures
● Competent in Cocoa design patterns and API design
● Passionate about end-to-end user experience design
