Parsons Students at The State Hermitage Museum, Saint Petersburg, Russia

On June 5th, the State Hermitage Museum opened a joint Parsons/Hermitage student exhibition in it’s new contemporary art space.  The exhibition, which runs until July 8th, consists of 36 video and photography pieces including artwork by Art, Media and Technology students Ethan Yoon, Crosby Harbison, Stephanie Gross, Alex Dolan, Elie Greenberg, Jordan Jablon, Spencer Kohn, Marc Fiaux, Renell Medrano, Katrin Olafsson, Paige Kindlick,  Zach Ranson, Megan Hurton, Noemie Baumann, Renell Medrano, Nicole Siciliano, Sophie Kuller, and New School student Patrick Miller.

Parsons Photography students Stephanie Gross, Crosby Harbison, Ethan Yoon participated in the opening and a public discussion attended by local artists, members of the Hermitage education and curatorial staff, and the United States Consul General for the City of Saint Petersburg.

The exhibition, curated by Sophia Kudriatseva, Igor Lebedev, and AMT faculty member Thomas Werner, was the fifth joint Parsons/Hermitage student exhibition to take place at the museum.
