Morrel Hirsch & Partners is a professional real estate agents team, specialized in luxury co-op, condominium, townhouse, multifamily investment property and commercial property sales and rentals. We work throughout Manhattan, representing a diverse clientele of international real estate investors, local residents, law firms, family offices and REITS.

Compass is the leading innovator in real estate, utilizing technology to streamline the real estate sales and leasing process.

What we want… 

The goal of creating a logo and identity brand image is strictly to create an instant and visceral reaction and strong emotional feeling that will ignite that same reaction and feeling when a person/customer/client/prospective client hears or sees the name or image. For example this of Marlboro Cigarettes and think of how you react then you see the Marlboro Man image.

We want to present an image of cutting-edge technology ahead of the competitors at the same time remaining more distinguished, smart and trustworthy. As a side note, in your creative process, please consider of one of Morrel Hirsch & Partners specialties is Trusts & Estates.

Requisites…

The logo should also have a black and white version to match the Compass brand colors (black, white and grayscale) of brand materials where the logo may be placed according to the background color (e.g. black or white) of such materials.

The participant should send a PDF document with all versions of the logo and also with the slogan.

The prize is $1500 for the best logo and $1000 for the best slogan. 
The content must be sent by email as an attached .zip file with a PDF with the vectorized logos and the slogan, and a .png file for each version of the logo (at least 1000x1000px).
