Be a part of the Capricious team, working first-hand with the production of exhibitions as well as our fall/winter schedule of publications. Interns will assist in the day-today upkeep of the gallery, as well as general office organization.
Applicants must have a background in art and/or photography and willingness to do entry-level intern work, while being provided with unique exposure to the inner-workings of a magazine and gallery. Ideal candidates are trustworthy recent grads with positive energy, keen organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Mac applications and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign & Photoshop) is desirable.
Internships are unpaid, however lunch is provided and in some situations school credit may be arranged. Interns should be able to commit 2 days per week, approximately 11am-5pm. Flexible weekend schedules are a must and 3-month commitment is preferred.
