BFA Fine Arts Alum Featured on ABC and PBS

ABC News recently posted an article entitled, “Virtual Art Gallery Showcases Latino Artists” which has helped Parsons BFA Fine Arts ’12 alumni Leslie Jimenez gain some great publicity.

Leslie Jiménez is a Dominican artist who lives and works in New York City. Ms. Jiménez graduated from the prestigious school of design and Parsons affiliate, Altos de Chavón in the Dominican Republic, and earned a competitive scholarship to continue her training at Parsons, the New School of Design, in New York City, from which she graduated with special recognition. Leslie has been frequently featured in diverse venues ranging from art galleries in downtown Manhattan to institutions of higher education and research such as the Dominican Studies Institute at City College of New York, Rutgers University and Parsons.
