AMT and Photo Faculty William Lamson will be showing work in two upcoming exhibitions this week. The first group exhibit, Gatherings will show Lamson’s video that was commissioned last year by the DeCordova Museum. The video titled, Untitled (Walden), was entirely shot within a floating camera obscura.

Fergus McCaffrey (514 West 26th St)
The exhibition will run from June 25 through July 31st. The opening reception is this Thursday, June 25th from 6 – 8pm.

The other exhibition titled, Mine.Yours.Ours, will open this Saturday, June 27th at the Center for Photography at Woodstock. The show reinvigorates the concept of landscape as a site for appropriation and the formation of identity.

The Center for Photography at Woodstock (59 Tinker St, Woodstock, NY)
