MFA Photo Alum Marie Vic to Feature Work in Upcoming Exhibition at Red Bull Studios

Marie Vic (MFA Photography Alumna) will be featuring her video installation, Whalecum Pictures, At the Red Bull Studios in New York. Opening Reception will be on Wednesday June 17th from 7 – 10p at 220 West 18th St. The exhibition will be on display from June 18 – 21st.
About the Exhibition: Whalecum Pictures – a conceptual art project that playfully investigates the interstice of art, commerce, and the notion of value within a marketplace. The project consists of re-imagined moments from iconic movies and the scene’s focus on props promoting the fictitious production company, Whalecum Pictures. A select number of these items will be also be available for a limited time in The Gift Shop.
