Maria Sprowls (MFA Photo ’12) is participating in an exhibition curated by Harvey Stein at the Umbrella Arts Gallery, 317 E. 9th St., NYC. The show runs until July 6, 2013.
The exhibit SEX/LOVE continues curator Harvey Stein’s investigation of themes that explore the basic yet complex and necessary needs and desires of the human condition. Former exhibits in this series, all using photography as the medium of choice include BED, BED 2, DINNER and HOME, each juried and presented by Harvey Stein over the last four years at Umbrella Arts.
