We are starting our look at the 22’ Thesis work with the talented Grant Hao-Wei Lin.
Lin’s thesis work Covenant Eyes tackles the duality of masculinity, queerness, and oppression through recreating 3D scenes from the memory of the 3 years he spent at a religious cult as a gay man that he eventually escaped from.
Covenant Eyes is an ongoing project that will continue to evolve in the forms of a comic novel and a virtual reality installation.
