Parsons BFA students Ken Goshen and Kathryn Woodward Receive Awards at the National Arts Club Show

Parsons faculty proudly nominated BFA students Kathryn Woodward (BFA Fine Arts, 2017) and Ken Goshen (BFA Fine Arts, 2017) to represent the Fine Arts program at this year’s Will Barnet Student Show at the National Arts Club. Both Goshen and Woodward were award recipients this year–Goshen received the Second Place prize and Woodward an Honorable Mention.

The show honors Will Barnet’s contributions to the NAC and his lifelong dedication to arts education. This dynamic exhibition showcases the work of undergraduate students from nine prestigious New York area schools. Building on the success of the previous exhibitions, the Student Show prizes are highly recognized in the art world and the level of talent presented continues to be fresh and original.

The opening reception and awards ceremony will take place tomorrow night at the Gregg and Marquis Galleries of the Landmark Clubhouse. Join us in congratulating our artists on an outstanding representation of the Fine Arts program!
