Ideal candidate should possess the following:

Technical / design capabilities

• His/her own computer to work on-site (SoHo, NYC) or off
• 3+ years as an architectural or environment modeler/renderer using 3ds Max in tandem with V-Ray
• Intermediate to advanced experience with texture-baking for gaming or real-time environments
• Experience with low-polygon modeling for gaming or real-time environments (e.g., Unity3D)
• Strong design sense and eye for visual details

Working style

• Good attitude, work ethic, and strong verbal communication skills
• Skill estimating time length to complete projects
