Calling all recent grads! We are looking for top talent to help launch a new consumer product. Our client, a Boston-based advertising agency, needs top emerging talent from portfolio schools to create an innovative, high-energy campaign for a new snack product launching nationally in early 2013. This is your chance to create the next “Skittles”-level, award-wining campaign – or to do one better! Social medium and other offline and online mediums (it’s your call!) are expected parts of the campaign.

About the company. We can’t give away the company name just yet, but let’s just say the people behind the product have built highly successful national agencies and companies in the past and have all the resources needed for the success of this product.

Who will be the best candidates? We are looking for portfolio school grads with up to 3-7 years of post-portfolio school agency experience. Those who can bring a high level of creativity and energy to the process; are conceptual and campaign thinkers; can work quickly with their partner and are able to make strong presentations. When they get to create a campaign like this, they blow it out of the water.

Deadline for receiving portfolios is Friday, October 12, 2012, 6:00PM, EST. We’re moving quickly. This is a freelance position that could lead to full time roles. You must be able to spend at least a week in Boston and be available for virtual work as the campaign progresses. Client will pay round trip airfare to Boston. If you are interested, please send your resumes (yours and your partners if you have a team in mind), portfolios and target hourly rates to TalentSearchBoston@gmail.com.
