Trunk Archive is a unique, curated online archive of high-end, contemporary photography covering celebrity, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, still-life, architecture & design. We provide licensing services for established, marquee photographers, estates and historic archives. The resulting collection contains some of the most influential and engaging images of the 20th century.

Trunk Archive employees are passionate about photography, have an appreciation for all forms of artistic expression and are intelligent, creative thinkers with strong work ethics. We are expanding rapidly and looking for an intern for the Fall semester.

This internship promises exposure to every aspect of image licensing and is an ideal fit for a candidate who is meticulous and proactive in his or her work and eager to learn about the industry.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) answering phones, in-depth magazine, advertising and celebrity research, managing our company contacts and maintaining our publication library, light office work and image publication input. Experience in the photography industry is preferred (but not required). In addition, a strong interest and fluency in social media platforms (blogs, facebook, twitter, etc…) and wikipedia is appreciated as the chosen candidate will be working on strengthening our company’s presence in these forums.

A commitment of 3 days a week is necessary. This internship is unpaid, for college credit ONLY.
