Photo Assistant Needed at WSJ Magazine (Wall Street Journal)

BxC_Mo8CEAAj0PlWSJ. Magazine is looking for a part-time Photo Assistant Editor to join our team. Responsibilities include photo department administration, assisting the photo editors, basic shoot production and photo research. The ideal candidate will have a passion for photography, fine art, travel, design, magazines and current events.  Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential as well as an interest in being engaged in the photographic community.

Basic requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Ideal candidates will have had some magazine work experience or at the minimum, magazine internship experience.

WSJ. Magazine is published 12 times a year by The Wall Street Journal and reaches a global audience of over three million readers in the United States, Europe, Asia and now South America.
