New York City based baby accessories manufacturer is looking for a talented, self motivated, artistic graphic designer to assist in creating high-quality artwork and designs.

If you are the type of person that goes to a store and can spot what’s hot and what’s not and be able to explain why then you’re the person for the job.

Job Description:

You will be working remotely or in office on all design-related projects, print work, web design, pattern making, product development, photo shoots, marketing, sourcing.

Projects will include: 

Textile surface pattern

Product catalogs

Postcards

Website updates

Posters

Flyers

Sales presentations

Line sheets

Look-books

Photo shoot (location scouting, planning, styling)

Photo retouching

Sewing product samples

Online market research

Sourcing

Skills & Qualities:

• Self motivated

• Independent

• Creative

• Fast learner

• Excellent sense of layout and design

• Must have a great eye for clean design, attention to detail and strong typographic skills

• Hand Illustration skills

• Passion every day to create compelling, cutting edge designs

• Perfectionist

• Creating mood boards

• Creating color ways

• Ability to work on deadlines

• Eager to learn and full of ideas

• Loves Etsy and other hand made products.

• A good understanding or what sells and what doesn’t

Requirements:

• Have experience making products for your self or for sale.

• Must be proficient in Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, inDesign, Power Point.

.Must be enthusiastic, versatile and willing to grow with the business as well as bring inspiration, ideas and dedication to the working environment.
