Parsons Faculty Suzanna Schmeelk featured in The Ascensus Journal of Humanities

Parsons –The New School for Design faculty Dr. Suzanna Schmeelk’s work was recently featured in the “Volume VII of the Ascensus: The WCM Journal of Humanities”. Schmeelk designed and implemented a data visualization titled Albrecht Dürer at the Met using The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s open data in the class Parson’s Data Visualization Major Studio 1 (PGDV5200).

Ascensus is a student-run organization at Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM) whose mission is to promote the humanities within the Weill Cornell community. The Ascensus Journal of Humanities is a publication featuring submissions from a diverse range of people within the WCM community.

Dr. Suzanna Schmeelk comes to the New School with a broad background in Computers, Mathematics, Education, and Management.
