The Company:
A young, funded startup Internet startup with a web platform that is transitioning custom printed stationery online. Paperless Post stationery is as tasteful as its tangible counterpart, but it also makes life simpler. In minutes, members can send out cards for any occasion- dinner parties, anniversaries, save the dates – whenever they want to send something more personal than a simple email or awkward PDF and they can monitor as guests respond.

The Job:
This position entails working between the product and development teams to design beautiful, clean and functional UI for all parts of the Paperless Post experience from the web application where senders select, create and customize cards all the way down the funnel to the recipient experience and what it means, looks like, and feels like to receive a card or invitation. Ideally candidate has previous web design experience from a consumer internet company or creative agency. Experience designing web app/iPad/iPhone interfaces would also translate and be a huge bonus.

The Skills:
Expert experience designing for the web using Fireworks or Photoshop
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
Specific UX experience a plus

The Fun Stuff:
Open loft office downtown – no cubicles!
Dual-display 24’’ monitors plus a really fast (and pretty) mac workstation
Collaborative environment, direct impact on all projects
Bimonthly Social Events
Flexible work schedule

Interested applicants should please apply with a resume and portfolio of past work to blaine@paperlesspost.com. We will be considering full-time and contract positions so please note your preference.
