Paragon Sports, New York City’s premier sports specialty store, is seeking a junior graphic designer. They will work with the Art Director and be responsible for creating impactful designs for e-mails, in-store signage, digital signage, and social media and print related campaigns. They’re looking for a new member with a strong design sense, an awareness to current fashion trends and style, an interest in sports, athletics, and active lifestyles, and an interest in social media and digital photography.

Responsibilities will include:
● Updating website banners and building specialty pages seasonally
● Preparing and delivering production-ready files for print and digital content
● Working on E-mail Designs and digital projects
● Creating social media content, assisting and helping develop photoshoots, and retouching
photography
● Developing creative design solutions while adhering to brand guidelines

Requirements:
● Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
● 2 years related graphic design experience
● Excellent typography, compositional, and layout skills
● Highly detail-oriented and motivated
● Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS Suite applications especially Illustrator, In-design, Lightroom
and Photoshop
● Excellent communications and the ability to work within a collaborative team environment
● Must be able to give/receive feedback and accept creative direction from senior team
members
● Ability to manage time appropriately and meet multiple weekly deadlines
● Strong organizational skills
● Digital Photography experience

● Self-starter who is able to expand their job and create projects for themselves outside of their
daily duties
● Sense of humor and excitable personality

Additional​ ​Skills:
● Experience in digital marketing for retail and fashion brands
● Social media/marketing
● Video-editing experience
● Illustration skills
● HTML/CSS
