Women make up only 11% of creative directors in advertising. Systematic barriers, unconscious bias and an imbalance of power have impacted their ability to occupy leadership positions in all industries. Prominent female creatives will discuss approaches to collaboration and management, how they navigate cultural hurdles as well as practical insights to empower the next generation of female design leaders.
