Spark (www.sparknyc.com) is a well-established NYC video production boutique with a strong motion graphics department. Working with Fortune 500 corporations, we specialize in creating high-end video content for events, installations, trade show theaters, and the web. We are friendly, focused and dedicated to providing great design and excellent service.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic motion graphics intern to join our creative team. You must be interested in working and learning within a professional, client-driven environment, creating broadcast quality motion graphics for both standard and unusual screen sizes and shapes. You should understand the art of telling a story by combining motion graphics, video and music. You should possess a sophisticated, contemporary design sense, and be able to interface well with the production team.

Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design is required. Cinema 4D skills are a plus.

Partial list of responsibilities may include:
− Creating storyboards and presentations materials
− Creating sophisticated multi-layered graphics based on interpreting scripts, current design trends, and client goals
− Collaborating with the Creative Director, lead Designer and production team.
