We are currently looking for one or two full-time graphic design interns to work directly with our Creative Director and Art Directors on our Fashion, Arts and Luxury Division. The intern(s) will be working on projects that range from the communication for the 2013 season of the Park Avenue Armory, featuring work from artists Paul McCarthy and Marina Abramovic among others, on a series of confidential projects for London designer Mary Katrantzou, and on experimental projects for Dazed Group and i-D magazine. Moreover, the interns would directly collaborate on the art direction of the next issue of Big magazine, as well as the upcoming issues of S Magazine and Man of the World magazine, all art-directed by members of our luxury division.

We prioritize great typographical abilities, experimental vision and highly technical skill. Passion for arts and luxury a plus but not mandatory given the highly conceptual nature of all our projects. Portfolio of graphic design/communication work is required. We are looking for someone with an unswervingly positive attitude and a passion for the quality and caliber of the work that we do.

The start date would be immediate, and the duration of the internship flexible, but ideally 3 months.

Students can submit portfolios directly to Creative Director Kit Krugman at kitk@johannesleonardo.com.
