Parsons School of Art, Media and Technology is so excited to be participating in the first ever Geek Street Fair, a public event hosted by Google, to highlight the City’s technology community and inspire New Yorkers of all ages to take an interest in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math. Think a traditional street fair, but replace funnel cakes and ring tosses with virtual games, robotics and electronic tinkering.
AMT students and faculty will be presenting gadgITERATION, which received HIVE Spark funding and was recently presented at the New York Hall of Science during the 2013 Interaction Design and Children conference.
Come out and get geeky!
