The Fitness Magazine Photo Dept is seeking a hard working & enthusiastic summer intern to work at our NYC office 2-3 days a week starting July 1st.

Primary responsibilities would be assisting with administrative tasks (filing, copying, emailing, organizing) as well as internet photo researching, location scouting, prop purchasing, and assisting on set of our NYC photo shoots.

This is not a position where you will be photographing for the magazine, but a strong interest and understanding of photography is preferred. You will gain valuable knowledge of how editorial photography is commissioned & produced, and see first hand how a national magazine comes together every month! This is an amazing opportunity for someone who loves magazines, photography, and living a fit & healthy lifestyle.

Must be proficient with:

-Mac Computers

-Adobe Photoshop and Bridge

-Microsoft word and excel

This is a paid hourly position and college credit is not required but available.
