Artist/curator in search of a programmer for a paid job who can design a text-based chat site/community pairing random strangers together such as omegle.com but with a bunch of added features and rules. A mobile web version will also be needed. The person should ideally have experience with chat design and have a very sharp, minimal visual sense for interface design. Fee to be negotiated.
