Parsons’ Illustration program has collaborated with The New York Times Book Review section. Art director Nicholas Blechman came to school, spoke to all the Illustration seniors and gave an assignment for a NY Times Book Review cover illustration. All the seniors completed the assignment. We submitted all the work to the Times and they selected Illustration senior Iain Burke’s piece to run on the cover of this week’s Book Review section.
