UNICEF is looking for input on a project to help conceptualize the new “Emergency Adolescent Development Kit”. This would be initial exploration of process – help us design *how* we will design the kit (what steps are needed, how do we get user input, how can we make sure that the designs fit local needs in the more than 130 countries which UNICEF works, etc.).
If you are interested, please send a paragraph about your team that and timeframe – note: this is not a request for ideas or prototypes of the kit directly (those will come in the next stage) – but it is request for expression of interest for a group of design / development thinkers who want to volunteer their time and brains to work on an exciting challenge.
Teams with the most compelling proposals will be invited to further discussions with UNICEF – and possibly be able to continue thinking as it becomes time to develop prototypes and work with users on the kit.
Please email your proposed plan of action (max 1 page) and any collateral to Aisha Doris (adoris@unicef.org), who is leading this project, by 15 November
