2010 MFA DT Alum, Steve Varga has turned what was originally his thesis project into Pennant, an amazing app now available for sale on the App Store.  As spring training begins, diehard baseball fans who are counting down the weeks until opening day should definitely invest in this app to tide them over.  Pennant is a beautifully designed interactive history of baseball. Users can browse and view data from over 115,000 games that have taken place from 1952 to 2010.

The app is taking off, as it has already getting great reviews on Gizmodo and Wired.
