Under the guidance of the Vice President of Education and the Supervising Educator of the Audubon Center, the Exhibit Intern works to conceptualize, design, and execute print design exhibits consistent with the standards of the Audubon Center. The Exhibit Intern utilizes fresh and creative approaches when designing exhibits. Note, this is an unpaid internship.
Summary
- The position is for the Spring Semester 2014 Semester (January – May)
- Responsible for the creation of creative exhibits
- Ensures that final creative output provides the design solutions necessary to accommodate all print platforms and requests
- Demonstrates technical, communication skills and works well in a collaborative team environment
- Takes an artistic approach to design with an eye for detail
- Effectively partners with peers to ensure work meets creative and strategic standards appropriate to the target audiences
- Applicant should be motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented and interested in museum work
