Although ranging in style and medium, my personal work often tends to revolve around my home country. As a Mexican-born illustrator, I often focus on, or draw inspiration from, prehispanic themes, imagery and especially folktales.Ultimately, whether it be through my illustrative or my figurative pieces, the work I create is consistently an outlet for exploration and reflection of myself, my values, customs and cultural upbringing.
