I’m a BA/BFA student for illustration and literary studies, so my work primarily deals with narrative with a focus on stories that expand beyond my own experiences. I typically work in black ink, utilizing mark making and pattern combinations to create detailed illustrations. I incorporate color through the use of spot color whether that be digitally or through the risograph. I’m particularly interested in book cover design and children’s books, specifically the universality they offer to an audience that expands beyond children.
