Japan Society SNS Programmer

Japan Society seeks Programmer to customize BuddyPress for a social networking project linking secondary students in the United States, Japan and Pakistan. The project will begin in the end of May/early June, 2012 and is anticipated to take 45 hours spread over 3 months. The Research Assistant will be expected to complete the project at Japan Society, in consultation with Education Programs staff. Coursework or professional experience with social networking design strongly desired. This position pays $25/hour.

Japan Society seeks a UI Designer to customize BuddyPress for a social networking project linking primary and secondary students in the United States, Japan and Pakistan. The project will begin in the end of May/early June, 2012 and is anticipated to take 25 hours, mostly in June. The Research Assistant will be expected to complete the project at Japan Society, in consultation with Education Programs staff. Coursework or professional experience with social networking design strongly desired. This position pays $15/hour.
