Stephanie Leone is a writer and artist living in Brooklyn. Recent publications include 12th Street Writing and Democracy and Work In Progress (UK, forthcoming). Her work seeks to blur genre-lines for both writing and visual art, mostly because she never knows what to call the things she writes or makes. She currently works for Ugly Duckling Presse and The New School, and is a proud member of the Kristiania Collective (kristiania.org).

Her writing has appeared in Bitch, Hyperallergic, The Hairpin, and elsewhere, and is forthcoming in Electric Gurlesque (Saturnalia, 2016). Marisa is founder and editor of the feminist literary/pop culture website WEIRD SISTER, and lives in Brooklyn, NY.
