The Bamberger Group, a thriving real estate startup in Midtown East, is looking for a passionate, ambitious graphic designer with expertise in print design. This includes an understanding of different collateral, card stocks, lead generation/branding/presentation campaigns, utilizing white space in print, layout (bi-fold, tri-fold, z-fold, postcard etc.), paper size, orientation (portrait vs. landscape), and business/corporate design.

This will begin as a part time paid consulting/freelancing opportunity with the potential for a full time salaried position. We will be working on very interesting creative print ideas. You will work directly with the CEO/founder in ideation, prototyping, iterating and improving our existing print products and creating new print products. If you’re a current BFA/MFA student or recent graduate, this is a great opportunity to build your portfolio, get paid, and work on a very interesting project. Work can be done mostly from home with meetings in person only as needed. Exact compensation to be discussed case by case depending on experience and availability.

About us:

The Bamberger Group launched in 2014 with the goal of combining great local real estate agents with the best design – both online and in print. We aim to help everyone in Murray Hill and, eventually, beyond – to find a place and “make it yours”.

About you:

  • You love print design and understand that aesthetics is just one part of the puzzle. Information architecture, prototyping, content hierarchy are important parts of your process.
  • • You’ve been studying or recently graduated from a bachelors or masters program. You have an understanding of the agile process, you’re patient and love working on small teams
  • • You love physical print products and understand that print, specifically brochure design, requires different skills than web or package design.
