Photographer Seeking Intern Assistant

Description: Photographer’s Intern assisting with editing and categorizing photographs, both assignment and personal projects.  To explore new markets by submitting portfolios to prospective clients, museums and galleries also following up on all photography related requests.  To organize exhibitions, presentations for lectures, book publication and scanning for new projects. To prepare for assignment work on location, packing, helping with equipment, position lighting and the maintenance of all details. Published my fourth book “Bacalaitos and Fireworks” released  by powerhouse Books.  Doing lectures and book signings. Beginning to do scans for a fifth book project.

Eligibility: Dedicated person, who is responsible and willing to learn.  Knowledge of MAC is helpful.

Application: Send email and then call for interview, internship is ongoing.  The collaboration between photographer and assistant has often resulted in very positive, meaningful relationships.
