Last weekend, the MIT Open Style Lab held its final showcase to reveal the stylish and inclusive collection created during the summer program. Open Style Lab’s 10-week research program (led by Parsons faculty Grace Jun) teamed up designers, engineers and occupational therapists to create functional yet stylish wearable solutions with and for people with disabilities. Students Yuchen Zhang (MFA DT 2015) and Priyal Parikh (MFA DT 2017) were part of the student teams that helped design and execute the pieces that were inspired by people with disabilities.
