CD Director YuJune Park’s Topics: Typography class places emphasis on critical thinking, iterative design methodology, and the synthesis of research, design production and presentation. Over the course of the semester, students have the opportunity to create their own custom typefaces while learning about all of the aspects that make up a successful font. Students not only construct their own typefaces, but also work towards understanding how context influences form.
