“Nefandus,” a film by Carlos Motta, will be screened for the first time in New York City this coming Friday, August 8 at 1pm at the Guggenheim Museum as part of “Tropical Uncanny,” a series programmed by the great Carlos Gutierrez with Jeronimo Rodriguez within the larger framework of the exhibition “Under the Same Sun” curated by Pablo León de la Barra.
